Terms of use

Effective October 8, 2026. Home data email archive is operated for its owner’s personal use. It is not a hosted email, calendar or contact service and is not available for public registration.

Authorized use

The owner authorizes read-only access to their Gmail account, subscribed calendars and events, and saved Google Contacts. The tool creates local copies and extracts supported receipts for personal record keeping. Access to private records and dashboards requires the owner’s authorization.

Accuracy and availability

Extraction and synchronization may be incomplete or incorrect. Important amounts, reservations, contact details and event times should be checked against the original source. Records removed before retrieval may be missed; outages and revoked credentials can interrupt collection. Recurring event rules and exceptions must be interpreted when calculating individual occurrences. Independent backups of the archive, databases, credentials and encryption keys are necessary for recovery after hardware loss.

External services

Use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. Selected backups use Backblaze B2. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Backblaze or receipt issuers.

Privacy and control

The privacy policy describes data handling. The owner can stop collectors, revoke Google access or remove local data at any time.
