Home data email archive is a personal tool that backs up its owner’s Gmail messages and attachments to a home server, extracts supported receipts into a private PostgreSQL database, and regularly synchronizes authorized Google Calendar events and saved Google Contacts.

Read-only Google access

The app requests permission to read Gmail messages, attachments, labels and synchronization history; read the list of subscribed calendars and their events; and read saved contacts. It cannot send, modify or delete Gmail messages, calendar events or Google contacts. Each connection requires the owner’s consent.

Stored privately

Original email messages are encrypted before storage. Contact and calendar records, synchronization metadata and extracted receipt details are stored in protected databases. Private apps use access controls and Tailscale. Selected system data has encrypted off-site backups.

This public website contains information about the app. It does not provide access to email, calendars, contacts, credentials or personal dashboards. The app is for its owner’s personal use and is not offered as a public service.
